Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 19, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Swrice Tools (βwe,β βus,β or βourβ) handles information when you use tools.swrice.com. Some tools process everything in your browser; optional features may send information to providers needed to perform that feature.
Information processed by the site
- Basic site use: our hosting provider may process standard connection and request information to deliver and secure the website.
- Browser preferences: the site saves your light/dark theme preference in browser local storage.
- Video drafts: the video tool saves draft narration/settings in local storage and media assets in IndexedDB in your browser. These are browser-local and are not automatically uploaded to our web server. Use βReset Everythingβ in the video tool or clear this siteβs browser storage to remove them.
- Other tools: many tools run locally in your browser and do not send the content you enter to our server. Check the individual toolβs instructions for exceptions.
Optional video-generation services
If you use the video tool, information is sent only as required by the mode and voice you choose:
- In Full AI mode, scene narration is sent to Cloudflare Workers AI to prepare visual prompts and generate scene images.
- If you select a Fish Audio or Google AI Studio voice, narration text is sent through our server to the selected provider to create speech. The server uses the provider credentials; credentials are not shown in the page.
- The free browser voice runs on your device. Your browser may download its voice model and related assets from their hosting provider.
- In manual mode, images and other media you choose are handled in the browser. The finished video is rendered locally and is not uploaded by the video tool.
Cloudflare, Fish Audio, Google, our hosting provider, and asset/model hosts operate under their own privacy terms. Their processing is subject to the terms and policies they publish.
Cookies and browser storage
The theme preference and video drafts use browser storage. You can clear site data in your browser settings; clearing it may also remove saved video drafts.
Contact messages
The Contact Us form sends the name, email address, subject, and message you submit to our email service so we can respond. The form uses a temporary session for security and basic spam prevention. We do not store contact messages in a website database. Please do not include passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information.
How we use information
Information is used to operate the site and requested features, troubleshoot errors, maintain security, and respond to messages. We do not describe a retention period here because it can depend on the relevant hosting, analytics, AI, or email provider.
Your choices and questions
You can choose not to use features that send content to third-party AI providers, use browser controls to clear local site data, or contact us with a privacy question at za373699@gmail.com.
Changes to this policy
We may update this page when the site or its data practices change. The date at the top indicates the latest revision.
