Is this tool free to use?
Yes, it is currently free and open to everyone. Behind the scenes it uses paid AI narration and image generation, so please keep stories reasonably sized.
How long will my video be?
The length is not fixed — it is generated to match exactly how long it takes to narrate your story, scene by scene. A short story makes a short video; a longer one makes a longer video.
How long does generation take?
Roughly as long as the finished video itself, plus a short amount of time to write narration and generate images for each scene. A story that narrates to 2 minutes usually takes a few minutes in total.
How long can my story be?
Up to about 10,000 characters, automatically split into up to 40 narrated scenes. For longer stories, shorten the text or split it into multiple videos.
Is my story uploaded anywhere?
Your story text is sent to generate narration audio and scene images, but the video itself is assembled directly in your browser and never uploaded to our server.
What if generation fails partway through?
Click Generate again to retry from the start. If one part of the story keeps failing, try simplifying or shortening that section.
